Heroic Kids Privacy Policy

Heroic Kids is operated by Badass Grandma Ventures Inc. ("we," "us"). This policy explains what we collect, why, and what rights you have as a parent or guardian.

Heroic Kids is designed for children under 13. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We collect information about your child only after you, the parent or legal guardian, provide verifiable consent — collected fresh, every time you add a child to your account.

What we never collect from your child: their last name, a photo, a voice recording, their exact location, or any login credential of their own.

Why we collect it:to save your child's progress, tailor age-appropriate content, and let you see how they're doing.

Who we share it with:no one. We never sell your data, and we never disclose your child's information to any third party. Resend (email) and Twilio (SMS) only ever handle the parent's own email or phone number to deliver a link you requested — they never receive anything about your child.

How long we keep it:until you delete it. You can permanently delete a single child's profile at any time from your Parent Portal, which also revokes your consent for that child. You can delete your entire account at any time, which removes everything.
